2 cups chopped Vidalia onion or another sweet variety
2 cups real mayonnaise
2 cups of grated Swiss cheese
1-2 cloves fresh garlic
1/2 cup Asiago cheese or fresh parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Fold together the onion, mayonnaise, Swiss cheese, and garlic. Pour into an ovenproof baking dish. Sprinkle with the Asiago cheese and bake for about 30 minutes or until browned and bubbly.

This recipe is quick and easy. Serve this dip hot with crackers, vegetables or scooped into tartlet shells.
