1# powdered sugar
2 qts quarts of whipping cream
1/4c. vanilla extract, the real stuff
1 qt milk
Rum of Brandy to taste

Separate the eggs and whip the yolks to a pale yellow, add sugar and vanilla. Whip cream (not stiff - just to medium consistency). Whip egg whites until fluffy, not stiff, and add milk. fold in remaining ingredients, sprinkle with nutmeg.

This is the most decadent egg nog you will ever have. I would guess it is about 10,000 calories per cup. Definitely a holiday favorite.
