1 lb. ground chuck or ground sirloin
1 large onion, chopped
1 - 8 oz. can Spanish style tomato sauce
#2 can tomatoes
1 can dark red kidney beans
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1 large stalk celery, chopped
3/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove chopped
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1 TBSP. vinegar
1/8 tsp. pepper
3-4 TBSP. chili powder
2 TBSP. olive oil

Brown meat in olive oil. Add all ingredients and simmer.
