1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese - room temperature
1 cup sugar
4 packets of unflavored Knox gelatin
1 1/4 cups hot water
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup 7-UP
2 (11oz) cans of mandarin oranges with liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Combine room temperature cream cheese with sugar. Mix until creamy and set aside. In another bowl, dissolve gelatin packets with cold water. Add hot water and stir until gelatin is clear. Add this to cream cheese mixture. Then add 7-UP and oranges with the liquid. Pour all of this into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
