Ingredients:  
3 cups potatoes, peeled, boiled, cooled and grated
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup cream of wheat

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and grated potatoes together.
Mix in salt and cream of wheat.
Add flour slowly, blend well.
Roll into log and cut into even pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball (golf ball size or slightly larger).
Roll each ball into a bit of flour to dust surface.
Boil 15 minutes or so in pot of salted water. Should float to top when cooked.

A staple for Czech and most Eastern European cuisine. I like the day old ones sliced and fried until crispy brown on edges. Dip in ketchup like French fries.
