Extra-virgin Olive Oil
4 cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 c. Parsley (chopped)
1/2 - 1 lb. Shrimp (cleaned and deveined) and/or Scallops
1 stick Butter
1 - 2 sleeves Ritz Crackers (roughly crushed)
2 tbsp. White Wine
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
Black Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shrimp and/or scallops into bite-size pieces
Add chopped garlic and parsley to olive oil in pan; add shrimp and/or scallops
When fish begins to cook, add the butter until melted and add one package of crackers (add more crackers if needed)
Mix well and add white wine and lemon juice
Season with salt (if needed), black and or crushed red pepper
Stuff a lobster, shrimp or sole and cook as needed
