2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 13x9" baking dish. Mix all ingredients (partially thawed potatoes). Put into dish. Mix 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes and 1/2 c. melted butter. Sprinkle over top and bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
