2 Eggs
Salt
1/2 Dixie Cup Water
Breadcrumbs
2-3 T Parmesan Cheese
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or Strips

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, Cut, Trim meat

In a bowl, combine eggs, water, salt - Beat

In a second bowl, combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese

Place chicken in breadcrumb mixture. Then egg mixture and return to breadcrumbs X2 - Coat both sides evenly.

Heat oil on medium - high - 5 min or until hot

Cook until brown on each side.

This recipe can be used to bread anything. Eggplant, Mozzarella, Veggies...
I have also replaced bowls with ziploc bags for easy clean up.
