1/3 c butter
1 c sugar, divided
1 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2/3 c milk
½ tsp vanilla
1 can peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°. Melt butter in cast iron skillet. In mixing bowl, combine ¾ c sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Pour over melted butter. DO NOT STIR. Add vanilla to can of fruit. Pour over mixture. DO NOT STIR. Sprinkle remaining ¼ c of sugar over fruit. Can dot top with more butter. Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.
