1 package (14 shells) manicotti
2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1/4 lb. mushrooms, chopped
12 oz. ricotta cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/8 cup chopped water chestnuts
1 TBSP parsley
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp marjoram
1 tsp dry minced onion
3/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/3 cup sliced almonds

Sauce:
8 to 12 TBSP butter
2 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup Parmesan
1/4 cup Romano
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook manicotti 4 minutes, then drain.
2. Mix together all remaining ingredients, except sauce ingredients.
3. Stuff manicotti shells.
4. Place in greased 9x13 inch pan.
5. Cover with sauce and bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes

Sauce:
1. Melt butter; stir in flour.
2. Cook 1 minute.
3. Gradually add milk; stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
4. Add spices and cheese
