Pork roast (cut into one inch squares)
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onions
1 large can chow mein vegetables, drained
2 Tbsp cornstarch
3 Tbsp soy sauce
Chow Mein noodles
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the pork roast, celery and pepper in a sauce pan over low heat. Cook over low heat for 4 hours.
2. Add chow mein vegetables.
3. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and cornstarch. Pour into chow mein mixture.
4. Stir until thickened and simmer for 1 hour.
5. Serve over chow mein noodles.
