Sauce:
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion diced
1 Tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 bay leaf
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
2 8oz cans tomato sauce

Pasta:
Lasagna noodles

Cheese:
Large ricotta cheese
Large bag mozzarella
Grated Romano cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook pasta according to package and drain.
3. Sauté onions in butter until tender. Add ground beef and cook till done. Drain grease.
4. Add remaining sauce ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
5. Cover bottom of oven safe greased dish (9 x 13) with a layer of the pasta. Add a layer of sauce, then a layer of the ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle top with Parmesan and Romano cheeses. Repeat layers.
6. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly and browning on top.
