4 cups rice, cooked

1 small onion, chopped

1/2 red pepper, chopped

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1 tbsp oil

1 tbsp melted butter

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large frying pan, add oil & butter, heat until melted.

2. Add mustard seeds, mix with oil & butter and bring to a sizzle.

3. Add onions, and cook until translucent.

4. Add red peppers. Cook everything until peppers are lightly cooked. (about 5 minutes)

5. Add in salt & garlic salt.

6. Lastly, add in rice. Mix all together, and cook until rice is warm. (be careful not to overcook, as rice is already cooked only needs to be heated)
