Boston Butt (Shred the meat. I use about half of one. I buy one already cooked and use the leftovers in the stew)
1 Rotisserie chicken (shred the meat)
1-2 cans of whole kernel corn (depends on how much corn you want)
1 32 oz bottle of ketchup
2-3 cans whole tomatoes blended
1-2 large potatoes cubed (small cubes so they cook better)
1-2 large onions chopped small
1 pt chicken stock
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce to taste
We like things spicy so I added about a tablespoon of red pepper flakes

Place and mix all the ingredients together in a crockpot (It will be full!!!). Cook on med heat 6-8 hours. It makes a ton but it freezes really well.
