1 C white sugar
1 C powdered sugar
1 C butter
1 C oil
2 eggs
4 C + 4 heaping T flour
½ t baking soda
1 t cream of tartar
2 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix in the order given. Chill one hour. Form into little balls. Press with a glass that has been dipped in granulated sugar. Bake at 350 ° for 10 minutes.


ICING
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 box powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
2 T finely chopped toasted coconut
