4 large green peppers
l lb ground meat
1 T grated onion
1/3 C chopped celery
1 ½ C cooked rice
1 large can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Boil peppers in salted water for 8 minutes. Brown meat slightly. Add onion and celery and cook 5 minutes. Add rice and season to taste. Moisten with tomato sauce. Fill the peppers with the mixture and pour the remaining sauce over the peppers. Place peppers in a shallow baking dish containing a small amount of water. Bake at 375° for 30 min.
