2 pkg fresh spinach
1 C salad oil
1/3 C red wine vinegar
¼ C sour cream
½ t dry mustard
2 T sugar
¼ C chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ t salt
8 slices diced bacon, cooked crisp and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the oil, vinegar, sour cream, mustard, sugar, parsley, garlic and salt. Wash spinach. Add the bacon and toss with enough dressing to coat. You can add chopped or sliced hard cooked eggs and croutons to taste.
