2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can white beans or garbanzo beans, drained
3 gloves garlic, finely chopped (about 2 tbsp.)
1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder or to taste
2 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Up to 2 tsp. coarse salt, to taste

Mix all ingredients in a large slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
