6 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1 TBSP. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
2-3 thinly sliced apples, peeled
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. In blender or a large bowl, mix eggs, milk sugar, vanilla, flour salt and cinnamon. In oven (or microwave) melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add the apples and top with brown sugar and return to oven until sizzling. Pour in batter and bake 20 minutes or until puffed and lightly brown. Serve immediately.
