Cinnamon Butter

1 Cup Butter, softened
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp corn syrup
3/4-1 tsp cinnamon

Crepes

4 eggs
1 1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
2tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Whipped cream-topping

Place all ingredients in a food processor or mix till smooth.

Crepes

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs,milk, melted butter, flour , sugar and salt till smooth.
Heat a medium sized skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Grease bottom with butter. using spoon or small ladle to add about 3 tbsp of crepe batter to pan. Turn to coat the pan. Cook till it starts to firm. Add some of the cinnamon butter and flip half onto itself. Put on pan and add whipped cream. Serve warm.
