Depending on the amount of people:

1/2 pound cooked ham
1/2 pound genoa salami
1/2 pound provolone cheese
2 cups mayo
1 medium onion - chopped
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 head lettuce
2 or 3 tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut ham, salami, and provolone into thin strips and then again across to make small squares.
2. Cut onion and tomato into small square pieces (set tomato aside)
3. shred the lettuce (set aside)
4. In a large bowl add the meats, cheese, onion
and oregano
5. Mix in mayo 1/2 cup at a time until meat and cheese are well coated
6. Refrigerate until ready to serve
7. Just before serving add the lettuce and tomato
Serve with your favorite bread!

What's nice about this recipe is you can serve it any way you like. I have used it as a dip with bread and I have made wraps and had sandwiches. You can also add in some hot or sweet peppers!!
