1 yellow cake mix
1 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1 can pineapple slices
1/2 jar maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in cast iron skillet, after melting add 1 c brown sugar making a kind of syrup texture. Add 1 can pineapple slices (drained) and 1/2 jar maraschino cherries in a decorative pattern. Mix cake mix as directed and pour onto pineapple slices and cherries. Bake in 350 F oven until cake mix is done. Invert while hot onto a cake plate and serve warm.
