2 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Cumin
2 Tbsp Coriander
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Ground Pepper
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Dried Oregano
4 Vidalia Onions cut into 1/4” thick Slices
1/4 c Canola Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill to med high
Whisk seasonings together in small bowl
Brush onion slices on both sides with oil. Rub 1 side of each slice with seasoning mixture and place rub side down on grill. Grill until golden brown and a crust has formed 2-3 minutes. Flip and continue grilling until just thoroughly cooked 2-3 minutes longer. Serve hot or at room temperature
