8 oz. cream cheese (room temp)
4 TBSP. butter (room temp)
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup powdered sugar
10 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and butter together until combined.
2. Add in the powdered sugar until well mixed in
3. Cover and chill in the fridge (best overnight)
4. Place a piece of wax paper on the counter and remove batter from fridge.
5. Scoop into balls and roll in graham cracker crumbs
6. Place in the fridge for 10-20 minutes if they are too soft to dip
7. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds to make sure it does not harden. It should take about 1 minute for the chocolate to completely melt.
8. Dip balls into chocolate.
9. Place back on waxed paper and let cool until the chocolate has hardened.
10. Store in the fridge for best taste.

I found it difficult to dip the balls, so I would drizzle it over the balls instead.
