3 tbsp Apple Jelly
1 Green Onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/8 tsp Curry Powder
Dash of Ground Cinnamon
Dash Ground Red Pepper
2 small red or green Apples cut crosswise into 1/2 inch strips

Lemon Juice
8 Lamb Chops 1 inch
1 tbsp snipped fresh Mint

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make Glaze in small saucepan medium heat Apple Jelly, Green Onion,Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Curry Powder, Cinnamon and Red Pepper, heating until bubbly, remove from heat.

2. Grill over medium heat to desired doneness, turning and brushing once with glaze halfway through grilling. Allow 12-14 minutes for medium rare and 17-17 minutes for medium

2. Brush slices of Apple with Lemon Juice, removing seeds.

3. Place Apple slices on grill with Chops for last 5 minutes of grilling, turning and brushing once with glaze about halfway through grilling brushing with glaze. Serve Chops with grilled Apples and sprinkle with Mint.
