BBQ Sauce

1 c Ketchup
3/4 c Apple Jelly
1/2 c Steak Sauce
1/4 c packed Brown Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

RIBS

1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

4-5 Lbs Country Style Pork Ribs (Sliced/Bone In)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix in saucepan over medium heat, ketchup, apply jelly,steak sauce, and brown sugar until well blended. Set aside.

2. Combine salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder and rub on ribs. Place ribs on middle rack in smoker and smoke for 1 hour in preheated smoker, 225º
Remove ribs and baste with BBQ Sauce. Double wrap in heavy duty aluminum foil and return to smoker and smoke 2 additional hours or until internal temp is 165º. Remove and baste with BBQ Sauce and serve Hot.
