1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 C tomato sauce (12 oz)
3/4 C water
1 (2 oz.) taco seasoning
1 (12 oz) package corn muffin mix
1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C sliced green onion

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown ground beef and drain

Stir in tomato sauce, beans, water, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and summer 5 min.

Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions. Drop small spoonfuls of batter over meat mixture in a skillet.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat 15-17 min or until corn bread is done.

Top with cheese and green onion. Cover and cook over low heat until cheese melts.
