2 tbsp. cooking oil 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
3 tbsp. flour 1 med onion chopped
17 oz. can creamed style corn salt and pepper to taste
16 oz. can whole kernel corn 1 lb. shrimp peeled & deveined
3 med. potatoes cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the oil and flour in a large pot over medium heat. cook until flour mixture is light brown,stirring constantly. Add both cans of corn, potatoes, Ro-tel tomatoes, onions,salt and pepper. Stir in enough water to make desired consistency. Simmer for 45 minutes, Stir in shrimp and cook 20 minutes longer
