1lb. shrimp or crawfish 1 can cream corn
1/4 cup bell peppers chopped 3 oz. cream cheese cubed
2 tbsp. onion chopped 2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cloves garlic minced 2 cups milk
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' peppers,onions and gsrlic in butter. Stir in potato soup,corn milk and cream cheese. Season to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently to avoid scorching. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until cream cheese is melted, Add Shrimp or crawfish. Let simmer for 15 - 20 minutes
