1 3lb chicken
1/2 stick butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 tbsp. parsley
1 c. sour cream
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom
12 oz. spaghetti
1 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil/simmer chicken in seasoned water till done about 1 hour (you can also use a rotisserie chicken). Save stock from chicken. Melt butter in pan and sauté vegetables. Add parsley and chicken. In a bowl and mix soups and sour cream. Cook spaghetti in chicken stock. Drain. Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Top with parmesan cheese and bake uncovered at 300º unitl hot and bubbly around edges.
