4 tbls. olive oil
8-10 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb. large raw shrimp, peeled & Cleaned (leave the tails on
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tbsp. white wine
Tabasco to taste
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large frying pan. Add garlic until soft, not brown. Add lime juice Tabasco and wine. Put in shrimp and cook on medium heat until they turn pink, 3-5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove shrimp and place on serving dish. Pour sauce over the shrimp. Serve with lime wedges and Tabasco.

Serve: This is wonderful with green rice and dry white wine.
