Yellow Cake Mix
1/3 C. Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
11 oz. can Mandarin Oranges- drained

In a mixing bowl, blend the yellow cake mix, vegetable oil, and one egg at a time; beating well after each egg addition. Stir in oranges.

Pour into 3 greased baking pans. Bake at 325º until done (35-40 minutes). Note: as layers are thinner, they tend to bake faster than normal; let cool.
 

ICING

Vanilla Instant Pudding- large box
Med. can Crushed Pineapple
Med. carton of Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the pudding and crushed pineapple. Then, fold in the Cool Whip until blended thoroughly.

Spread filling between each layer, on top, and on sides.
