3 oz chopped, cooked bacon (about 6 slices) or 1 cup diced ham
˝ cup minced onion
˝ cup Swiss cheese, shredded
˝ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup Parmesan (either fresh grated or Kraft)
4 eggs
1 tbsp half n half, add to this milk to make 1 cup total
1 Pillsbury roll out pie crust in 9” dish with edges fluted (or 1 deep dish pie shell)

• Fry bacon till crisp, set aside to cool, crumble OR dice ham and set aside
• While bacon frying, chop up onion and shred cheese (if needed).
• Add eggs to large bowl, beat.
• Add cup of milk mixture to eggs, mix
• Add bacon (or ham), onion & cheese to eggs; mix.
• Pour into uncooked pie shell
• Bake at 400 for 15 min then turn down heat to 350 for another 35-40 min (use knife to ensure egg has set and isn’t runny; if crust is getting too brown and more baking time is needed for egg to cook, put foil around the edges).

Optional ingredients – You can add any combination of meat and/or veggies and just keep all of the ingredients from cheese down the same. Also, can add herbs to taste, depending on meat used (fresh Rosemary, Basil, garlic powder, Ms Dash is the best to me). Salt & Pepper to taste as well.
