Cooking oil spray
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. pure maple syrup
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
6 c. oats (not instant)
1/2 c. dried cranberries
2 c. chopped walnuts or almonds
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. dried blueberries
1/2 c. dried cherries

Preheat oven to 350º with rack in center position. Spray 2 11"x7" jelly roll pans with cooking oil. In a microwave safe bowl, combine oil, syrup and sugar. Micro uncovered 3 minutes or until sugar melts. Remove and whisk. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour syrup mixture over oats mixture. Stir well. Spread onto pans and bake 10 minutes. Stir and rotate pans. Bake additional 10 minutes. Cool for 1 hour. Store for up to 2 weeks in tight container. (More dried fruit can be added before baking, if desired.)
