Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth)
1 c. butter (softened)
4 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs

2 c. chocolate bitter-sweet morsels
1 T shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients, mix (using hands, if desired) until well blended. Form into small balls, approx. 3/4 to 1" diameter. Place on wax paper covered cookie sheet. Chill.
Melt and stir chocolate morsels with shortening, on very low heat until melted and combined. Using bamboo skewers (or large toothpicks), skewer one ball and dunk into chocolate (working quickly) and place on waxed paper. Continue until all are chocolate covered.
Chocolate may be reheated if necessary. Store, in cool place when chocolate has hardened.
