3/4 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup apple juice ( no sugar added)
1-cup canned pumpkin
artificial sweetener to equal 2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon honey
dash each cinnamon all spice
1 cup canned crushed pineapple (no sugar)

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl sprinkle gelatin over apple juice and let stand to soften. Place bowl in pan containing joy water and stir constantly until dissolved remove bowl from water. In a large bowl combine pumpkin, sweetener, honey and cinnamon, with all spice and gelatin mixture. Mix well. Spread 1/4 of mixture over bottom of each 2 individual dishes. Top with 1/4 cup pineapple. repeat layers and chill for 1 hour.
