1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1/4 c. yellow mustard
1/4 c. horseradish
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbls. ketchup
dash cayenne pepper
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. each finely chopped celery and green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Using a large jar or tall container, mix together ingredients down through the dash of cayenne pepper, Slowly add the oil, chopped celery, and green onion. Put lid on and give a couple of shakes to incorporate.

Chill and serve over fresh shrimp, other seafood, or use as a dressing.

Hazen's Aunt, Mary Hazen Braswell who lived in Mobile, AL contributed this recipe to the Dempster clan years ago. It has become a staple that we take each year to Sunset Beach for opening dinner of boiled shrimp, salad, and french bread with Key Lime Pie from Bill's.
