Olive Oil
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Carrot, Grated
2 16 oz. Cans Tomato Sauce
8 oz. Water
Grated Romano or Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Powder, to taste
2 Cans Cannellini Beans, Rinsed
1/2# /ditalini (chili-mac), Cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions and grated carrot till translucent and lightly browned. Just before this is ready toss in Fresh garlic.
Remove from heat. Add tomato sauce, water, beans, grated cheese and salt & pepper, to taste, garlic powder, to taste. Last add beans and macaroni. Serve with grated cheese and Italian bread.
