3 sm. green peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. cumin red pepper
1 bottle Certo
red or green food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients except Certo to a rolling boil. Boil 5 minutes. Cool 2 minutes. Add Certo. Taste and add more hot pepper, if desired. Use red or green food coloring.
