4 strips bacon, cooked until crisp, drained, and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 16 oz can chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp dry ustard
2 Tbls. red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp Tabasco
1/2 Tbls. sugar
Salt and Pepper
1 lb. raw medium shrimp, peeled, tails off, and deveined
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet where the bacon cooked, add chopped onion and bell pepper. Saute until tender. Add canned tomatoes, ketchup, and seasonings. Simmer over low heat 30 minutes. When ready to serve, add the shrimp and heat for about 10 minutes. Do not overcook the shrimp or they will be tough.

Serve over rice and sprinkle bacon on top. Will serve 4-6
