1 can mexicorn, drained
4 oz. Chopped pimento, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 to 1/2 cup jalapeņo, chopped
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350*
Mix together ingredients, bake for 30 min.
Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
