1 Pork Tenderloin
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 tsp. Butter
1/2 Onion, chopped
1/2 cup Raisins
1 tsp. Pepper
1/2 cup Brandy
1 pkg. Wegman's Demi-Glaze

Directions:
Directions:
Dust pork with flour. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet and brown pork 3-4 minutes. Place in a baking dish. In the same skillet saute onion until soft. Add raisins and brandy. Cook 3-5 minutes. Add demi-glaze and pepper cooking 1 more minutes. Pour over the pork and bake at 350º 35-45 minutes. Slice and serve with the sauce.
