8-10 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
Milk
Salt and pepper
Butter
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in a pot of water until tender. Drain and mash, or run through a food mill. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Mix well. Add milk and butter and blend until fluffy. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a buttered 2 qt. casserole dish, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes or until hot.

These potatoes can be done ahead...refrigerate or freeze. Bring to room temp (or thaw completely) before heating and serving. If you plan to freeze, add a bit more milk than you would ordinarily.
