Hawaiian rolls (12)
Thin, boneless, skinless chicken breasts (12)
1/2c Mayo
1T Hot sauce
Dill pickle slices (12)
1c Flour
1tsp Black pepper
1tsp Onion powder
1tsp Cayenne pepper
1 pkg Ranch seasoning (dry)
Deep fryer

Marinade (tastes best when marinated overnight)

1 pkg ranch seasoning (dry)
Sugar, to taste
Salt, to taste
Water
Pickle juice

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix mayo and hot sauce in small bowl - set aside (or you can use sriracha mayo instead)
2) Toast rolls, set aside
3) Mix together ingredients for chicken marinade - marinate chicken and set aside
4) Mix flour, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and ranch seasoning - set aside
5) Heat fryer with clean oil
6) Dredge chicken in flour mixture - deep fry chicken until golden brown, drain
7) On toasted rolls layer - bun, mayo sauce, chicken, pickle, and bun
