3 C Flour
2 t Salt
1/4 t Yeast
1 1/2 C Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour, Salt and Yeast, add water.

Let sit 12-18 hours at room temp in oiled bowl. cover with Saran Wrap.
Dump on floured surface and let rest 15 minutes.
Fold over, coat with corn meal or wheat bran.

Cover and let rise for 2 hours.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400. Can use loaf pan or casserole dish.
