3-4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
½ cp ketchup
2 Tbls honey (I used pure maple syrup)
1 Tbls Worcestershire
Salt and pepper

8 skewers – soak wooden skewers in water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into strips, 3-4 strips per breast. Weave each strip onto a skewer, 2 strips per skewer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the grill on high till it’s good and hot.

Combine the ketchup, honey, and Worchestershire and stir them together in a small dish. Lower the heat to med and put the chicken on the grill. 3 min each side, brush generously with the sauce – turn and brush the other side – 1 to 1 ½ more min

I just found this recipe and tried it tonight. It was super fast to get on the grill and really good. The sauce was yummy! I didn't have honey so I used pure maple syrup instead.
