6 oz extra fine spaghetti, cooked
1 - 4oz can sliced mushrooms
3 TBSP flour
1 c skim milk
1 c undiluted evaporated milk
2 TBSP sherry
1 small green pepper, slivered
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 jar sliced drained pimentos
4 c diced white chicken
2 TBSP grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Arrange spaghetti in a shallow baking dish. Drain mushrooms into a bowl. Mix flour with mushroom liquid. Bring both milks to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in flour mixture and cook, stirring until thick. Add mushrooms, sherry, green pepper, salt & pepper, worcestershire sauce and pimentos. Mix well. Fold in chicken. Pour over spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 45 minutes.
