1 bag frozen hash browns (shredded) 
2 cups shredded cheese (I use more)
2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic or onion salt
 

Directions:
Directions:
 
Put the potatoes in a greased 9 x 13 pan and then sprinkle the grated cheese and seasonings over the potatoes and then pour the cream on top. Bake 350 for about 45 to 60 minutes.
NOTE: You can use this recipe for breakfast casserole by adding bacon, ham, or sausage and adding a couple of eggs.
