1 TBSP oil
3 lb pork loin roast
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans root beer
12oz chili sauce
1/2 tsp salt
12 sandwich buns

Directions:
Directions:
In slow cooker, place the roast, 2 tsp salt, pepper, onion and 1 cup root beer.
Cover and cook on low heat 7-8 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, heat 2 cups root beer, the chili sauce and 1/2 tsp salt to boiling over med-high heat. Reduce to med heat, cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture is glossy and reducing to 2.5-3 cups.
Remove pork from slow cooker, discarding cooking liquid. Shred port, using 2 forks to pull pork apart. Stir in chili sauce mixture.
Dump on buns and enjoy.
