24 c. popcorn, popped
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter (1 c.)
1/2 c. Light Kayo Syrup
1 - 2 c. roasted peanuts may be added
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a small pan, bring brown sugar, butter and Karo syrup to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes without stirring. Add:baking soda and vanilla to boiled mixture. Add nuts. Stir. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Bake at 250º for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Can use turkey roasting pan or cookie sheet, lightly greased with a small amount of butter. Adding the peanuts to the mixture just before you pour it onto the popcorn helps the nuts stick to the popcorn.
